This machine is one of the fastest linear bottle blowing machines at present. The production capacity of 350ML can reach 2,000 bottle blowing times per hour. It adopts a four-template clamping device, which shortens the mold opening time, increases the bottle blowing speed and boosts the output. In addition, the drying tunnel and the blowing and drawing platform are separate, which increases the bottle-blowing speed and output.
The fully automatic bottle blowing machine is controlled by the PLC system.

The entire process from the transportation of preforms to the removal of finished bottles is completed automatically.

It consists of three parts: the preform conveying system, the drying tunnel and the blowing and stretching
 

 

Preform conveying system and bottle demolding system
The automatic bottle blowing machine is equipped with a specially designed preform conveying system. The flipping mechanical hand loads the preforms onto the preform support, heats them up, and then the mechanical hand places the heated preforms into the bottle blowing platform. After being blown in, the bottle is demolded by the flipping mechanical hand.

Machine characteristics

A. It adopts an advanced microcomputer control system with stable performance.
B. The conveyor automatically feeds the billets;
C. Infrared lamp tubes are used for heating, which have strong penetration. The preform rotates on its own axis to be heated, and the track rotates around it, ensuring uniform, rapid and reliable heating.
D. The width and height of the lamp tubes and reflector plates in the heating zone can be adjusted to accommodate the heating of preforms with different structures. There is also an automatic temperature exhaust device to ensure a constant temperature in the drying tunnel.
E. Each mechanical action is equipped with a safety self-locking device. When a malfunction occurs in a certain process, the program will automatically switch to a safe state.
F. All actions are driven by cylinders without the use of oil pumps, featuring advantages such as no pollution and low noise.
G. The air path design divides the action and blowing into two parts to meet the requirements of different air pressures for bottle blowing and action.
H. It adopts high-pressure and double-curved arm connecting rod clamping, with strong clamping force.
There are two operation methods: manual and fully automatic.
J. The safe, reliable and unique valve position design makes the gas path clear at a glance.
