Before and after sterilization series

spray cooler designed especially for bottling synthetic juices (RTS) or HOT filled juices, tea (filled at up to 98 centigrade degrees), with optional capacity ranging from 1000BPH to 32000BPH, it adopts the pressure & rotative filling style.
1. The machine is used for carbonated drink,juice beverage packing line.
2. In the juice hot filling line,it makes the temperature from 85 ºC down to 35 ºC In carbonated beverage cold filling line, it makes the temperature from 5 ºC to 30 ºC. 
3. Its working process can be divided into three stages,circulating hot water spray,warm water pre-cooling,cool water cooling.
4. It is suitable for cooling all kinds of bottle and canned juice,carbonated beverage.
5. The main body is made of 304 stainless steel,running reliable and in a beautiful appearance.

This beverage filling machine integrates washing, filling and capping into one unit. It can be used for purified and mineral water filling. Also can used for hot beverages, such as fruit juice, tea drink, etc. The machine also can be used for carbonated drinks.
1. Centre filling valves used which are designed for maximum flow rate and minimum bottle distortion during HOT filling.
2. Inbuilt CIP arrangement provided on the machine for fill tank and fill valve sanitation.
3. Dummy caps provided fitting on all filling valves during CIP.
4. Automatic PLC controlled valve washing cycle before commencement of every production cycle for overall hygiene.
5. Unique filling cam designs which prevents filling up to the bottle collar without spillage.
6. Bypass line provided for flushing the product fill tank after completion of CIP

There is a high temperature and high efficiency air filter mounted on the air inlet, air outlet and the inner side of this drying oven. Under the action of the main and auxiliary circulating wind, the double door sterilization oven will rapidly obtain high purity hot air. It is one of the essential drying sterilization equipment for pharmaceutical production.
1. This drying oven adopts double-door structure, and it can pass through two different levels of cleaning workshop.
2. Adjustable air flow promotes uniform temperature in the oven, the temperature difference may retain ≤±2ºC.
3. The inner tank adopts arc welding, which is easy to clean and sterilize.

5. Fan shaft adopts mechanical seal in order to prevent the lubricating grease from penetrating to the drying oven.
6. This drying equipment is equipped with recorder and printer for printing relevant operational data according to the needs.
7. double door sterilization oven sets and stores the working temperature, wet removal temperature and time, constant temperature time and downtime. After starting this machine, the PLC system will automatically work according to the setting procedures until the work is completed. Then drying oven will automatically stop.
8. Various sterilization ovens can be customized according to the customer needs.
